Rena is a strong quality professional with an Honours Degree in Construction Management a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Leadership and Management and a Cert IV in OHS.

Rena has a passion for working with Clients to untangle processes and get the best out of their systems.

Nicole thrives in complex environments and has worked nationally leading site compliance, integrated system development, and certification in high-risk manufacturing, construction, higher education, and local government.

With extensive administration experience stemming from the education and hospitality sectors. Lily began at Compliance Lab as Personal Assistant to the Director / Team Administrator and has been the backbone of the Compliance Lab family and her hard work has led her to develop into her current role as Trainee Compliance Consultant.
